Observation

The gate to the outdoor licensed space is not self-closing and self-latching. The center does not currently have any toys for the outdoor licensed space. The owner reported that toys have been ordered. When licensor observed the outdoor licensed space during the virtual visit the space was observed to be chain-link fencing enclosing a smaller concrete area with nothing inside for the children to play with.
